Rules
- When exchanging your E-Ticket printout for a valid ticket(s) at our park, please bring picture ID proof with you (driver's license, Aadhar card, passport, etc.).
- It is also necessary that you carry the credit or debit card used to make the payment in original form and a photocopy.
- Once tickets are purchased, they cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
- To get the benefit, senior citizens and minors must have a valid photo ID card with age verification.
- Even in the event of a rescheduling, there are no refunds on the purchased ticket after cancelling it.
- Security Reminder: Before entering the park, all bags, backpacks, and personal goods will be checked.
- Strictly prohibited items on the premises are picnic lunches, large duffel bags, suitcases, coolers, bags with wheels, weapons, etc.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring outside food and drinks, alcohol, illegal drugs, etc. into the park.
- Swimwear made of nylon is required. Wearing cotton is not recommended.
- Visitors shall park their cars in the specified spot and store their belongings in the available safety lockers. If you refuse to do so, the management will not be liable for any lost items, accidents, or other losses.
- The customer accepts the terms and conditions listed above by using the website to make a ticket purchase.
